Their shared objective is to alleviate youth unemployment by delivering accredited, practical, and career-aligned education. This learnership opportunity is targeted at unemployed youth residing in the Midvaal Local Municipality, with a focus on improving employability in industries requiring technical production and operational knowledge.
About the Learnership: NQF Level 4 in Production Technology
The Production Technology Learnership is a fully accredited programme aligned with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) at Level 4. It is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of production processes, safety regulations, quality control, and workplace readiness.
Key Learnership Highlights:
- Qualification: National Certificate in Production Technology (NQF Level 4)
- Duration: 12 months
- Target Group: Unemployed youth in the Midvaal area
- Accreditation: Aligned with merSETA/SETA requirements
- Stipend: Monthly allowance to support learners during the programme
What Learners Will Gain

How to Apply
Interested candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must reside within the Midvaal Local Municipality
- Must have Grade 12 (Matric) with Maths or Maths Literacy
- Must be committed to completing the full 12-month programme
