The purpose of the Wholesale and Retail Distribution NQF Level 2 Certificate is to equip learners to understand and acquaint themselves with the underlying principles of all of the major areas related to distribution within the Wholesale & Retail Sector, thus enabling them to become more effective employees.
What you’ll do
This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.
- Pick stock accurately to the standard
- To pallet build stock
- To quality inspect based on the standard measurements
- To count left over stock accurately
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Ensure quality outputs are delivered
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions for Picking, Line of Sight, Pallet Builders, and Quality Control departments

- Matric
- Within 15km from job
- Clear criminal record
Preferences
Meeting the preferences would be a plus, but if you don’t, it won’t stop companies from considering you.
- South African candidates
- English
- Must not have been on a Wholesale & Retail SETA Learnership before
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, Google Suite) and the ability to use databases and spreadsheets
- Candidates between 18 and 33
