Key Roles and Responsibilities : Warehouse Workers

Warehouse Management:

  • Ensure compliance to 5’s Standard within and around Warehouse Operation.
  • Cascade all Global policies and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and validate SOPs through management routines.
  • Utilize problem-solving tools to develop action plans for improvement.

Inventory: Warehouse Workers

  • Daily compliance of inventory counts.
  • Manage inventory policy compliance and close gaps.
  • Identify root causes of variances and implement action plans.

Layout Implementation:

  • Adherence to layout for various warehouse activities.
  • Track compliance to safety processes within the warehouse.

Loading & Unloading Activities:

  • Track productivity and implement load scheduling.
  • Ensure load verification for departures and returns.

Improving Quality Standards:

  • Manage warehouse cleanliness, pest control, and temperature control.
  • Implement location-based inventory system and address stock age index.
  • Track and manage sorting processes to reduce breakage costs.

Picking Standards:

  • Ensure adherence to standardized picking processes.
  • Monitor picking KPIs and ensure a safe and productive process.

Sorting Standards:

  • Adhere to sorting guidelines and monitor sorting KPIs.
  • Ensure a productive ergonomic layout.

Productivity & Capacity Management:

  • Ensure compliance to warehouse labor productivity GOP.
  • Design optimal labor and equipment resourcing.
  • Manage waste plan and recycling operations.

Safe Warehouse Practices:

  • Maintain a safe warehouse operation and drive awareness of safety protocols.


  • 3-year relevant diploma/degree.
  • 3+ years Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and handheld devices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change effectively.
