You will be responsible for:

- Make sure staff numbers match operational requirements
- Avoid overstaffing or understaffing
5) HR and Staff Issues
You’ll be expected to deal with HR matters such as:
- Discipline
- Grievances
- Performance management
- Staff behaviour and complaints
This means you need confidence, fairness, and the ability to follow proper processes.
6) Site Inspections and SLA Compliance
A big part of management is quality checks. You will:
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Check compliance with SLA requirements
- Identify and fix hygiene gaps
- Make sure Tsebo meets quality standards daily
7) Supporting Contract Retention
This role is also about keeping the contract strong by:
