The learnership will take place at Thee Gifted Hands Academy in Alberton, Johannesburg (JHB), Gauteng, and two positions are available. Participants will receive hands-on training in a real bakery environment while learning about professional kitchen systems and production workflows.

During the programme, learners will gain experience in:

  • Preparing a variety of bakery products such as cakes, cupcakes, desserts, and other baked items
  • Understanding professional kitchen hygiene standards and operational systems
