About the Data Capturer Position
The Data Capturer will support the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist by capturing and consolidating facility and partner data.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that weekly, monthly and quarterly data is received, accurately captured, updated and consolidated.

- Capturing and consolidating facility data
- Ensuring weekly, monthly and quarterly data is received and captured

- Updating databases with weekly, monthly and quarterly information
- Formatting and structuring data according to requirements
- Maintaining a register showing who is responsible for data submissions at each facility
- Notifying the M&E Specialist and relevant staff when data is not submitted on time
- Keeping records of data submissions
- Working with colleagues and project management to support project objectives
