TABLE MOUNTAIN CASINO RESORT IS HIRING A SECURITY OFFICER
Description:
Provide order and protect the Casino’s property under the direction of the Security Shift Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Protect the Casino assets by performing frequent Casino and grounds patrols. Observe suspicious unusual situations, undesirables, minors. Ensure the Safety of Guests/Team Members on property.
- Assure excellent customer service, friendly and professional manner at all times. Greets each customer as they arrive with enthusiasm and a smile.
- Enforce Casino policies as they pertain to Team Members.
- Respond to incidents on property when dispatched.
- Participate in Casino duties such as the Casino drop, observe the opening of Slot machines, escort Team Members when bank transfers are made and chip fills
- Communicate clearly in speech and writing abilities.
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
- Maintain a teamwork mentality to ensure efficient operation and interaction with all departments.
- Maintain a professional appearance and polite demeanor at all times. Ensures practice of excellent grooming and uniform standards.
- Maintain a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of any questionable associations.
- Table Mountain Casino is a twenty-four hour business that never closes. Team Members are expected to work holidays and weekends.
- Provide prompt, courteous guest service at all times following the casino’s guest service standards.
- Participate in and support all guest service training programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Security Officer experience is not necessary.
- Must have comprehension of basic computer skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
