What You’ll Do as a Floor Supervisor
As a Floor Supervisor, you will be a key part of the store’s success by leading the team and making sure everything runs smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Helping the store management team lead and motivate the store team.
- Making sure the team puts the customer first in every task.
- Keeping the store organized and running with high energy and focus.
- Managing your time well, juggling several tasks, and finishing important jobs.
- Supporting merchandise displays and visual standards to attract customers.
- Driving the store’s performance by meeting key goals like sales turnover, rewards, new customer accounts, and visuals.
What You Need to Qualify
- A Matric certificate is required.
- At least 3 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
- Flexibility to handle different customer needs and situations.
- The ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.
- Experience with strategic sales planning, managing sales processes, and customer value management.
