Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and selection processes
- Provide personnel administration support
- Deliver general clerical and administrative services within the HR division
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
- No prior experience required
Knowledge Areas:
- Unemployment Insurance Amendment Act (UIAR) & Contributions Act (UICA)
- Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
- Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA)
- Public Service Act, Regulations, and PFMA
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act
- Employment Equity Act
- Batho Pele Principles & Transformation Policies
- Familiarity with PERSAL and HR Information Systems is advantageous
Skills Needed:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Computer literacy
- Time management and planning
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a responsive, well-organized manner
