Key Responsibilities
Grant Administration & Customer Service
- Assist grant applicants and beneficiaries professionally
- Respond to grant-related enquiries
- Perform beneficiary maintenance functions
Application Processing
- Screen grant applications for compliance
- Capture applications accurately on SASSA systems
Medical & Outreach Services
- Administer medical bookings and assessments
- Participate in off-site and outreach grant services
Records Management
- Scan, batch, and manage grant files
- Maintain secure and accurate records
Minimum Requirements
A relevant NQF Level 6 qualification (SAQA recognised) in one of the following fields:
- Public Administration
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Development Studies
- Finance / Accounting
- Commerce
- Social Sciences
- Social Security
