Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

The role of the Administration Supervisor involves the following duties to be fulfilled:

  • Assist the Store Manager with stock taking and store administration.
  • Monitor and analyze stock movement in the store.
  • Implement risk management strategies to reduce stock losses and shrinkage.
  • Ensure adherence to all administrative, system, and reporting procedures.
  • Generate store reports to evaluate store turnover and stock performance.
  • Present store information to the Store Manager.
  • Organize and maintain in-store filing systems.
  • Oversee cash and transactional activities to ensure proper process adherence.
  • Uphold store safety and security standards.
  • Process customer transactions through the retail POS system.
  • Identify customer needs through professional engagement and communication.
  • Build customer loyalty by promoting reward programs.
  • Take initiative to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Follow visual merchandising guidelines and housekeeping procedures.
  • Continuously develop selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and implement store objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest fashion trends.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or administration.

Skills Required

  • Interest in fashion.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Passion for customer service and sales.
  • Computer literate.
  • Preferably experienced in administration.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability to work shifts.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
