Duties & Responsibilities

The role of the Sales Associate (120hr) involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

Represent the brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Surpass customer expectations by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Monitor and assess sales performance to ensure targets are consistently met.
Promote a wide variety of products while staying informed about the latest décor and fashion trends.
Seek out new sales opportunities to expand customer reach.
Support stock replenishment to maintain a customer-ready store environment at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

Grade 12 or Equivalent NQF Level 4.
No Experience is required.
