Duties & Responsibilities

The role of the Sales Associate (120hr) involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

• Represent the brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Surpass customer expectations by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Monitor and assess sales performance to ensure targets are consistently met.
• Promote a wide variety of products while staying informed about the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Seek out new sales opportunities to expand customer reach.
• Support stock replenishment to maintain a customer-ready store environment at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent NQF Level 4.
• No Experience is required.
