Duties and Responsibilities
The role of the Sales Assistant involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:
- Consistently exceed customer expectations through effective selling techniques.
- Implement stock loss prevention measures within the store.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to boost turnover and maximize sales performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards to drive sales.
- Foster an inspiring and motivating store environment.

- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.

- Awareness of current fashion trends or outdoor lifestyle (depending on the specific brand).
