About the SafetySA SETA Administrator Learnership 2026
SafetySA is looking for candidates who would like to obtain theoretical and practical skills focusing on the SETA Administrator career path with a learnership. The SafetySA SETA Administrator Learnership requires the successful candidate to provide administrative support to the Accreditations Department by assisting with learner record management, document processing, data capturing, compliance administration, and audit preparation activities.
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing and submission of learner information and accreditation-related documentation while ensuring that administrative records are maintained in accordance with established procedures. In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop practical knowledge and experience in SETA, QCTO, accreditation, compliance, and quality management requirements through structured workplace learning and ongoing guidance.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Accurately capture and update learner information within the organisation’s internal systems and databases
- Support the administration of learner registrations, achievements, and programme completions by processing the required documentation
- Verify the accuracy of learner information and confirm that all supporting documents are complete and compliant with requirements
- Maintain organised learner files and records in accordance with established company policies and record management procedures
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of learner statements of results, certificates, and other related documentation
- Regularly review and update learner records to ensure that all information remains accurate, complete, and current.
