SAFCOL Mechanized Harvesting Learnerships

SAFCOL invites unemployed youth to apply for Mechanized Harvesting Learnership Programme 2024 / 2025.

Learnership Location: Platorand Training Center, Sabie, Mpumalanga Province

Learnership Application

Programme Details:

• Duration: 10 months
• Qualification: National Certificate in Forestry: Harvesting (NQF Level 3)
• Stipend: Monthly stipend provided during the learnership
• Outcome: Participants gain skills to improve their employment prospects with forestry companies or start their own SMME.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Age: 18 to 35 years old
• Citizenship: Must be a South African Citizen
• Education: Must have successfully passed matric (Grade 12)
• Interest: Must have a passion for the forestry environment and be comfortable working outdoors

   • Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
   • Certified copy of Identity Document (ID)
   • Certified copy of Matric certificate
