About the RCL Production Controller WIL (Work Integrated Learning) Programme 2026
RCL is seeking for candidates who would like to obtain proper knowledge to push your future career as a Production Controller with their WIL programme. The RCL Production Controller WIL (Work Integrated Learning) Programme is intended for students who are required to complete a period of structured workplace learning as part of their academic qualification. The programme provides participants with valuable practical experience, enabling them to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world production environment while meeting the experiential learning requirements necessary for successful graduation.

The Work Integrated Learning placement is based in Tzaneen, where participants will gain hands-on exposure to production operations under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will be required to perform the duties below:

• Contribute to controlling production costs while maintaining the required quality and operational standards
• Examine job orders to determine production priorities and establish appropriate work schedules
• Monitor the progress of production activities and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure the timely completion of orders
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the organisation’s objectives, production strategies, policies, and supporting processes.
