Job Description
Purpose of the job:
To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and plant on site
Responsibilities
Factory environment – hot and noisy
Required to work outside of normal working hours (after hours and over time)
Working with and on heavy equipment and plant (technical and mechanical)
Clean Dividers as per the supplier recommendations.
Lubricate divider.
Strat divider to check that all oil oiling ports are open and delivering lubrication oil.
Inspect Divider after cleaning, do daily checks as per supplier guidelines.
Report any damages to shift foreman.
Assist with divider change overs.
Assist with Divider standard deviation recordings of dough pieces.
Weekly and monthly lubrication of dividers.
Assist Artisan in the make up area.

Qualification Requirements
Matric
Experience Requirements
1 years’ experience in a production factory
Key Outputs
Expert knowledge in engineering
Basic welding, grinding and painting will be an added advantage
Industry knowledge – Food safety and Health and safety
Analytical skills
Accuracy / Attention to detail
Communication skills
Decision making ability
Problem solving ability
