About the PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority) Learnership 2026-2027
PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority) is on the search for candidates who would like to receive theoretical knowledge and practical skills through their learnership. The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Learnership Programme invites applications from 200 Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs) in Limpopo and 200 Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs) in Gauteng to participate in a 12-month learnership designed to support their progression toward becoming Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs), with a strong emphasis on empowering youth and women.
Selected applicants will be enrolled in the Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4) and will receive support in preparing for and completing the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4).
Stipend: R5 500/month

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Be a youth woman
- Provide a certified copy of your ID
- Submit a certified copy of your Matric certificate or other qualifications
- Reside in Limpopo/Gauteng (subject to verification).
