Overview To supervise the performance and maintenance of the activities of the van sales representatives in order to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans.
Responsibilities
Conduct Gate Meetings before Market daily Focus agenda in terms of Performance MTD, Execution and Discipline KPI’s Coaching, Mentoring and Motivation of Van Sales Representatives In-Market coaching of Van Sales Representatives Ensuring 100% hit rate of outlets within route Individual In Market visits
with customers to address specific issues Business development and growth of customer base Attend meetings as and when required Formulate and execute effective action plans to drive growth and increase market share Pivot strategic directions and align change Conduct regular training sessions with training team on crit

Conduct Performance reviews Qualifications 3 year Business / Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent 3 years working
experience
in FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role / selling
experience
Valid drivers license
