You will be required to perform the duties below:

• Design and introduce new menu items that are both inventive and in line with the hotel’s culinary standards and brand identity
• Oversee and manage the kitchen team, ensuring all food preparation is carried out efficiently and to a high standard
• Track and regulate food costs to maintain profitability
• Keep the kitchen clean and well-organized, strictly following health and safety guidelines
• Work closely with the front of house staff to ensure smooth coordination and efficient service
• Provide training and guidance to junior kitchen staff, helping to improve their skills and performance.

General Duties as Chef
