Nexio, a leading player in Information Technology & Services, is hiring a Project Administrator to support Project Managers and the PMO team in delivering high-impact projects within a structured, governance-driven environment.

Role Purpose
Provide end-to-end project administration and coordination support, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth communication, and full compliance with Vodacom project management standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Attend internal and client meetings; compile and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain accurate customer project folders on internal systems
- Manage and store project documentation (SOWs, plans, risk logs, PCC, audit stamps, handover packs)
- Ensure documentation quality and template compliance
- Coordinate MFE pack creation and PO issuance processes
- Update internal project systems with 100% accuracy
- Prepare weekly progress reports and dashboards
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and clients
Performance Objectives & KPIs
Project Delivery & Governance
- 90% of current orders completed per reporting period
- 20% of aging orders (>90 days) closed per period
- 100% projects with approved meeting minutes
- Completion certificates issued within 1 week
- All documentation correctly stored in SharePoint
Customer Engagement & Satisfaction
- Meeting minutes approved within 1 day
- 95% of project administration delivered without escalation
- MFE turnaround within 2 weeks
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (Essential)
- Diploma in Project Administration or related field (Advantageous)
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation, CAPM or equivalent (Essential)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in project administration (telecoms or IT preferred)

- Technical: MS Office, SharePoint, MSPI, SNOW
