About the Momentum Group Learning and Development YES Learnership 2025-2026
Momentum Group is searching for candidates who are keen on developing their theoretical knowledge and practical skills through their YES learnership programme. The Momentum Group Learning and Development YES Learnership has introduced several initiatives aimed at creating positive social impact and addressing youth unemployment.
In line with this commitment, Momentum Investments offers multiple 12-month opportunities across various areas for unemployed youth to gain valuable work experience. These opportunities are provided in partnership with the Youth Employment Services (YES) program. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Acquire experience working with the Momentum Investments Learning and Development team
- Show eagerness to learn, take proactive steps, and use feedback to enhance performance
- Embody Momentum Investments’ core values and maintain a professional image of the organisation
- Participate in activities that build personal and professional competencies, such as communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Momentum Group Learning and Development YES Learnership, applicants must fulfill all the stated eligibility requirements. 1. Basic Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Learning Sciences
- Obtain a Certificate or Diploma in Adult Education or Facilitation
- Earn recognized Train-the-Trainer certifications
- Complete courses in Educational Psychology or Curriculum Development
- Acquire qualifications in Instructional Design or eLearning Development
- Pursue studies in Multimedia Design or Digital Media, with emphasis on learning
- Develop expertise in Learning Experience Design (LXD) or UX for Learning
- Explore Game Design or Game Development to enhance interactive learning approaches.
2. Personal Competencies
- Systematically evaluate information, critically assess details, identify patterns, and solve complex problems
- Understand key aspects of a business and make sound, informed judgments
- Convey ideas effectively through both verbal and written communication
- Take initiative, stay proactive, and complete tasks or projects with motivation.
