Job Description
Managed People Solutions is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme to unemployed youth in Carletonville. Successful candidates will work as Junior Merchandisers, performing the following tasks:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Determine which stock needs to be merchandised.
- Draw up stock requirements.
- Check product quality, vintage, stock rotation, and price tags on shelves.
- Carry out merchandising tasks as outlined in the cycle brief.
- Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests.
- Stay informed about product details and promotions.
- Accurately record merchandising activities.
- Complete calls as per the call cycle.
- Inform the RSM about out-of-stock products.
Minimum Requirements
- Aged between 18 and 28 years.
- Grade 12 (with passes in Mathematics and English).
