Job Description

Managed People Solutions is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme to unemployed youth in Carletonville. Successful candidates will work as Junior Merchandisers, performing the following tasks:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Determine which stock needs to be merchandised.
• Draw up stock requirements.
• Check product quality, vintage, stock rotation, and price tags on shelves.
• Carry out merchandising tasks as outlined in the cycle brief.
• Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests.
• Stay informed about product details and promotions.
• Accurately record merchandising activities.
• Complete calls as per the call cycle.
• Inform the RSM about out-of-stock products.

Minimum Requirements

• Aged between 18 and 28 years.
• Grade 12 (with passes in Mathematics and English).
