Exciting Opportunity: Merchandiser

We’re looking for a talented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our stores into visually appealing spaces that attract customers and boost sales. You’ll make sure our shelves are always well-stocked with the right products and priced correctly to maximize revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities

The role of a Merchandiser involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

• Stock Management: Monitor, count, and manage stock levels, including unpacking and organizing products efficiently.
• Visual Merchandising: Design eye-catching displays, plan store layouts, and create attractive signs to capture customer attention.
• Product Maintenance: Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and maintained, removing any damaged or outdated items.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to achieve business goals.
• Customer Service: Provide product advice, handle complaints, and respond to customer queries and requests.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store and storage areas clean, tidy, and well-organized.

Key Deliverables

• Accurate stock records and well-organized displays.
• Visually appealing and well-maintained store presentations.
• Effective teamwork with cross-functional departments.
• Exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintained store cleanliness and orderliness.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• Matric Certificate.
• Smartphone.
• Valid ID, SARS Letter, and Bank Confirmation Letter (guidance will be provided for uploads).
• Vodacom SIM card (required if your application is successful)
• Clear criminal record.
• Proximity to the job location (within 15 km).

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• South African citizenship.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
