About the Position
The successful candidate will perform general maintenance and repair duties across Medipost Holdings’ facilities. The job involves working on various building systems and carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs whenever problems arise.
You will assist the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Team Leader by responding to maintenance requests and ensuring all work is completed according to company standards and industry best practices.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
As a General Maintenance Worker, your daily duties may include a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out general building repairs.
- Inspecting and repairing office tables and chairs.
- Performing carpentry work when required.
- Completing basic welding tasks.
- Carrying out plastering and tiling repairs.
- Filling cracks and crevices in buildings.
- Hanging and repairing doors.
- Lubricating moving parts where necessary.
- Performing painting and touch-up work.

Plumbing Maintenance Responsibilities
