Our JumpStart programme is taking urgent action, equipping unemployed youth with sought-after retail and manufacturing skills to help unlock career potential.

Mr Price Foundation will never ask you to pay to apply for the JumpStart programme. Please do not respond to scams asking for any form of payment.

Power up your retail skills with JumpStart

JumpStart skills development programmes are designed to unlock opportunities for unemployed youth in the retail and
manufacturing value chain. These programmes are run in partnership with our awesome employer partners,
including Mr Price Group businesses and the SPAR Group.

Training on demand

JumpStart programmes equip youth with key skills for entry level to management positions in the retail and manufacturing value chains. Programmes are ever-evolving to ensure they match industry demand.

JumpStart programmes blend industry-specific theory with life skills and work experience to ensure youth are genuinely prepared for the working world.

Talent pipeline

Suitable candidates enter a talent pipeline for our employer partners. Employment is not guaranteed, but JumpStart works closely with our partners to connect youth to opportunities.

JumpStart is a work readiness programme and will never ask the candidate to pay any form of monetary payment to go onto the programme or for employment.
