What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them with their needs.
- Promote sales, upsell products, and hit sales targets.
- Keep the store neat, safe, and customer-friendly.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions correctly.
- Help with stock receiving, organising, and merchandising.
- Manage stock efficiently and reduce losses.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and new features.
- Work with your team to keep the store efficient and cost-effective.
- Ensure customers leave satisfied after every visit.
Requirements
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Experience in retail, sales, cashier, or customer service (advantageous).
- Good command of English.
- To live within 15km of the store you are applying to.
- A clear criminal record.
Preferences (Not Mandatory)
- South African citizenship.
- Computer literacy.
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Age between 20 – 35 (preferred).
