Your Role and Responsibilities:
As part of the Sportscene family, you’ll support the store management team by offering outstanding leadership to the store staff. You’ll need to make sure that everything in the store runs smoothly by putting customers first. Keeping the team motivated is a key part of your job – you’ll be the one setting the energy levels and keeping everyone focused.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the store runs smoothly by sticking to operational excellence and creating a customer-first atmosphere.
- Leading by example and driving your team to meet key performance indicators like sales, rewards, and visuals.
- Managing merchandise and providing feedback on visual displays to make sure everything looks its best.
- Balancing multiple tasks, prioritizing what’s important, and making sure everything gets done on time.
What You Need to Apply:
To be eligible for this position, you’ll need:
- A Matric certificate.
- At least 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
