Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation, baking, and finishing of bakery products
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in bakery areas
- Ensure proper merchandising and display of baked goods
- Operate and clean baking equipment
- Report faulty equipment to management
- Complete production documentation and orders
- Adapt to flexible work hours including weekends and holidays
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and moving supplies
- Work in varying temperature environments, including cold and heat
Requirements:
- Previous bakery experience is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
