The Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Human Resource Clerk position based at the Mpumalanga Provincial Service Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level applicants seeking a career in public sector human resources.
Position: Human Resource Clerk

- Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (Level 05)

The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
- A National Diploma in Human Resources Management or a relevant qualification at NQF Level 6 (as recognised by SAQA) will be an added advantage
- No prior work experience required
- Exposure in a human resources environment will be advantageous
All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a pre-entry practical assessment to evaluate technical and generic competencies relevant to the post.

- Legislative framework governing the Public Service
- Public Service Act and Public Service Regulations, 2016
- Batho Pele Principles
- Records storage and retrieval procedures
- Knowledge of the PERSAL system will be an added advantage
