Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, your role will include:
- Delivering a positive, engaging, and professional customer experience.
- Managing the full customer journey – from account opening to order processing.
- Demonstrating product knowledge and highlighting product features and pricing.
- Meeting sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
- Handling payments, refunds, credits, and resolving queries.
- Maintaining store housekeeping and ensuring a clean, organized environment.
- Assisting with stock control, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Completing administrative and reporting tasks accurately.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, you will need:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate (minimum requirement).
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in homeware retail (advantageous).
- Compliance with FAIS Act requirements (must not be debarred).
