• Breakdowns are reported to the Branch Manager
• Clean and wash off all tables and countertops, seats, TV screens, furnishings, lighting, and machinery or equipment before team members begin working
• The cleaning of branch air conditioning filters should be done once a week
• Scrubbing and vacuuming of the floors, as well as sweeping and mopping of the floors. The walls have been thoroughly cleaned. Refuse is collected and disposed of properly
• Garbage cans and recycling bins must be emptied, cleaned, or sterilized, and replaced with waste bags
• Table legs should be adjusted to prevent wobbling, and table tops and edges should be reported if refurbishment is needed. Toilets should be cleaned as soon as possible
• When necessary, requests cleaning fluids and/or worn cleaning equipment, such as mops, brooms, and dusters, from the Branch Manager
• Before opening, throughout service, and at closing times, ensures that work spaces are free of clutter and are clean and organized (this includes the inside and outside of the Branch, as well as the car Park area)
• Ensures that service areas are clean and orderly throughout peak and off-peak hours
• Use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning detergents in the proper manner.
