About the Heineken Traineeships 2025-2027
Heineken is currently searching for applicants who would to obtain proper work exposure within a professional setting through their qualified traineeships. The Heineken Traineeship program provides graduates with broad exposure to various supply chain support functions, with particular emphasis on planning. Participants are introduced to improvement initiatives and gain valuable workplace experience, including opportunities to temporarily assume specific job roles. Through this process, they develop a deeper understanding of the organization’s value chain and core business fundamentals.
The program offers an intensive overview of the different streams within the supply chain, immersing graduates in a dynamic manufacturing environment. They are given the opportunity to contribute to challenging and stimulating projects that enhance both technical and professional growth.
