- Check tanks, pipelines, valves, pumps, and other cellar equipment for proper operation.
- Perform routine inspections and basic operational checks on cellar machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records, process readings, and operational documentation.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, levels, and other critical process parameters.
- Conduct cleaning and sanitation activities to maintain hygienic cellar conditions.
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and food-safety standards at all times.
- Identify process abnormalities, equipment faults, and quality deviations and report them promptly.
- Take appropriate corrective action when operational problems occur, within the scope of the position.
