The Clerk at Glencore is responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the Engineering Department to ensure the smooth coordination of maintenance activities. General Duties as Clerk
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Engineering and Maintenance Department
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and filing systems
- Capture, update, and verify maintenance data in SAP and other company systems
- Prepare work orders, job cards, reports, and other operational documents
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and assist in tracking work progress
- Process maintenance-related requests and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and production reports
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, materials, and maintenance activities
- Assist with procurement administration, including purchase requisitions and goods receipt processing
- Monitor and update maintenance documentation to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with internal departments and operational teams to support maintenance activities.
