Salary and Benefits
- Salary: R158 844 – R174 012 per annum
- Total remuneration package: R293 981.92 per annum
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 10 certificate
- Grade 12 will be an added advantage
- Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good physical health and fitness
- Ability to perform physical labour
- 1 year relevant experience in electrical-related general work within a local government environment
Preference will be given to residents living within the jurisdiction of Midvaal Local Municipality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Loading and off-loading equipment and materials
- Assisting with traffic control during municipal electrical work
- Cleaning work areas and maintaining safe environments
- Performing labour-related duties as instructed
- Supporting supervisors and section operations
- Carrying out ad-hoc tasks when required
