Key Responsibilities

The role of the Flexi Store Assistant involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

Cash Control:

• Perform cash desk duties efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain daily cash control and ensure proper banking procedures are followed.
• Process manual transactions with precision, maintaining zero cash discrepancies.

Stock Control:

• Adhere to daily stock management procedures.
• Handle customer orders and perform weekly stock counts.
• Keep the storeroom organized and ensure correct shoe pairing.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer support and build strong relationships.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• Retail Experience: 6 months to 1 year.
• Education: Completed Matric/Grade 12.
