Requirements & Competencies
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Education: ABET Level 04 (Grade 09) or an equivalent NQF Level 1 qualification.
- Experience: No previous experience is required (Entry Level).

Key Responsibilities & Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional and hygienic environment through:
- Office Maintenance: Cleaning corridors, elevators, and boardrooms. Dusting, waxing furniture, and vacuuming or shampooing floors.
- Waste Management: Emptying dirt bins and removing waste paper.
- Kitchen Care: Cleaning basins and maintaining a stock of clean kitchen utensils and appliances (microwaves, etc.).
- Sanitation: Cleaning restrooms and ensuring supplies like hand soap, toilet paper, and towels are refilled.
- Equipment Care: Reporting broken machinery and requesting cleaning supplies when stock is low.
