What Is the Purpose of This Role?
The main purpose of this position is to ensure that products are correctly displayed, shelves remain fully stocked, and customers receive friendly and professional service.
You will also help maintain the store’s merchandising standards, assist with stock management, and support the daily operations of the front shop.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform a variety of retail duties, including:
Stock Management
- Restock merchandise when required.
- Ensure shelves remain fully stocked.
- Store newly delivered stock correctly.
- Rotate stock using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.
- Remove expired products from shelves.
- Report damaged, expired, or low stock to management.
- Assist with stocktaking and cycle counts.
