Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Process payments (cash, cards, vouchers) and handle loyalty cards (e.g., Discovery, eBucks).
Provide customer service, address complaints, and report to supervisors.
Manage cash flow, secure money in drop safe, and process returns/exchanges.
Maintain till security, report suspicious behavior, and adhere to store policies.
