- Storing provisions in storerooms, cold rooms and freezers
- Cleaning cold rooms, freezers and food storerooms
- Assisting with food preparation
- Portioning normal and therapeutic meals
- Distributing meals to the relevant hospital sections
- Following food-service policies, procedures and guidelines
- Rotating between duties and working as a reliever when required

What Are Therapeutic Diets?
