Minimum Requirements

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

  • Matric certificate
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Senior Certificate

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Clerks appointed to these positions will provide management support services to their respective Labour Centres.

Their responsibilities will include:

Supply Chain Management

The successful candidates will assist with daily supply chain management functions. This may include supporting procurement processes, maintaining administrative records and helping ensure that supply chain activities follow departmental procedures.

Finance and Office Management

Administrative Clerks will provide finance and general office management support. They will help maintain an organised office environment and assist with routine financial administration.

Human Resource Administration

The appointed candidates will support human resource management activities within the Labour Centre. This may include maintaining employee records and assisting with general personnel administration.

Training and Performance Activities

Successful applicants will help coordinate and administer employee training and performance management activities.

Records Management

The Administrative Clerks will be responsible for maintaining, filing and managing official records. Documents must be stored correctly and made available when required.
