Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Supply Chain Management functions at the Labour Centre.
- Provide Finance and Office Management services, including budgeting and procurement support.
- Handle Human Resource Management tasks, such as recruitment and staff records.
- Oversee training and performance management activities.
- Maintain accurate records management in compliance with departmental standards.
Eligibility Requirements
- Education: Matric/Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
- Knowledge:
- Batho Pele Principles.
- Departmental policies and procedures.
- Treasury Regulations.
- Skills:
- Verbal and written communication.
- Interpersonal relations.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet).
- Planning and organizing.
- Other: South African citizen; no prior experience required, but administrative exposure is an advantage.
