Job Purpose | To maintain the counter filing system. |
Key Responsibility Areas | Acknowledges and records new manual applications. Records different forms of payment on returned attorney reports. Prepares completed attorney reports, certificates and rejected applications for dispatch. Attends to all counter queries directed at the counter. Prepares documents and undertakings for filing. Facilitates appointments with relevant officials. |

Preferred Requirements | Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent with Mathematics andor Accounting and a certificate in the Financial field. 6 Months relevant experience. |
