Key Responsibilities
The appointed Data Capturer will be responsible for:
- Collecting EPWP project data from implementing public entities
- Receiving data from departments, districts, and local municipalities
- Compiling monthly and quarterly reports based on collected data
- Verifying information and identifying missing data or errors
- Capturing project data into the Integrated Reporting System and Infrastructure Management Information System
- Performing regular data backups
- Providing information and reports to internal components
- Guiding public bodies on data capturing processes and deadlines
- Providing administrative support to the unit
- Monitoring communication and managing the flow of documents and information within the office
