The YES4Youth Internship Programme 2025 offers unemployed youth aged 18–29 quality work experiences, fostering skills development and long-term employability in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Position Purpose
The Ctrack YES4Youth Internship Programme provides 12-month internships in Centurion, Gauteng, starting 1 June 2025. Interns will gain practical experience in administrative, technical, or operational roles related to fleet management, earning a R5000 monthly stipend. This initiative empowers unemployed youth to build professional competencies and enhance career prospects, aligning with Employment Equity goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, or client communication.
- Assist with technical tasks, including vehicle tracking system support or software testing, if qualified.
- Contribute to operational processes, such as inventory management or customer service.
- Participate in training to develop communication, teamwork, and industry-specific skills.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of internship activities.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient workplace operations.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen aged 18–29.
- Unemployed and not previously participated in a YES4Youth programme.
- Reside near Centurion, Gauteng, for reliable commuting.
- Grade 12 (Matric) or higher; qualifications aligned to the position (e.g., IT, administration) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- No prior formal work experience required.
- Clear criminal record, verified via background checks.
- Available to start on 1 June 2025 and commit to 12 months.

- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Word, Excel) is beneficial but not mandatory.
