About the Programme:
The NWK invites unemployed South African citizens to apply for an enriching 12-month Learnership Programme, designed to offer both theoretical and practical experience. This programme is structured to provide a foundational understanding of essential business principles, preparing participants for a successful career.
Learnership: Business Administration
Overview:
This Business Administration Learnership provides in-depth knowledge of organisational development and administration within a business setting. The curriculum combines theoretical learning with practical application for a comprehensive experience.
Modules Covered:
- Basic Mathematics
- Business Communications
- Personal Effectiveness
- Principles of Administration
- Organisational Development
- Organisational Ethics
- Service Provider Management
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate with an average of at least 60%
- Must be currently unemployed
- Reside in the North West province
- Graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Successful completion of assessments for selection purposes
Recommended Qualifications:
- Previous knowledge in Computer Applications Technology at secondary school level
