What is the CCBSA Learnership?

This 12-month learnership is designed to train and develop future sales professionals. You’ll learn from industry experts and gain both theoretical and practical experience. The learnership is registered with the FoodBev SETA, which means you’ll receive a formal qualification after successful completion.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

South African citizen (ages 18-35)
Grade 12 certificate (with 40% in Mathematics/Maths Literacy and English)
Post-Matric qualification (only required for certain roles)
Driver’s license (advantageous but required for some operational sites)
Unemployed and NOT have previously completed a similar learnership at another company.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who meet Employment Equity guidelines.

Matric Certificate/Exam Results (showing at least 40% for Maths and English)
